To be supported
Choosing to be accompanied by a doula means having someone by your side before, during and after childbirth in order to:
-
Inform you about your options
-
Support you in your choices and questions
-
Facilitate communication within the couple and with those involved in the birth
-
Welcome your doubts, emotions, difficulties, pride and accomplishments
-
Work with you on comfort, support and well-being techniques for pregnancy and childbirth
-
Support the partner so that he/she can feel good about his/her role
-
...and to fully experience a motherhood that suits you and makes you grow

Holistic care
Support can begin at 3 weeks of pregnancy as well as 2 weeks before the due date. Whether you are a single mother or accompanied, all love configurations are beautiful and deserve to be cherished. In a support relationship, everyone will find their right place and will be respected in their desires and possibilities of the moment. The co-parent is welcome at all stages and will be supported in their role, whatever the difficulties and apprehensions.
Very involved in the committee of the Maison de naissance la Roseraie , I will gladly accompany you there. Home births (with a midwife) are also possible, as are births at the hospital of your choice.
1
First contact on the phone, free of charge, with no obligation. Let’s get to know each other and choose each other mutually.
2
Our pregnancy and preparation sessions.
3 sessions to be present and mindful during the pregnancy, "cleanse" fears, traumas and shadows to open a clear and serene path to meeting your baby, prepare for a birth that suits you, a plan A, a plan B..., prepare for the postpartum period - the great forgotten part of most preparations.

Childbirth
3-week on-call with full availability for any "false alarms" or last-minute comfort needs. I will then accompany you on the D-Day (or D-Days) from the first signs to meeting your baby. On request and at no extra charge: amateur photos with professional camera, placental imprint.
4
Postpartum follow-up
One or two sessions as needed, to pamper you and ensure that parenthood and breastfeeding (if that is your choice) start on the most peaceful basis possible.
